Today my oven went out and I needed an electrician to figure out the reason. Called Arc Angel at 7:30am before they opened and by 8:30am I received a call back. By 9:15am their Tech was at my house and diagnose the problem. They were willing to wait for me while I ran off and purchased a new oven.
